  • How do I book a class with Baby Jam?
    Baby Jam offers individual class bookings, 5 and 10 packs to save money and also monthly memberships with unlimited access to all our classes. To book a class, visit Join a Class and pick the music or yoga class that works for your schedule.

  • Do I need a monthly membership?
    No, you can book individual classes as Baby Jam offers complete flexibility.

  • How do monthly members chose classes to attend each week?
    Once you're a monthly member, you can sign-up for any class you want to by clicking here. You can sign-up for as many classes as you wish up to 30 days in advance and you will receive an email confirmation. The classes are first come, first serve and you must reserve a spot through our online calendar.

  • What do I do when I arrive at the class?
    You will meet a Baby Jam representative at the door to check you in and they will tell you where to go from there. Parking and other instructions are listed with your confirmation.

  • What if I can't attend my class?
    Please let us know by emailing info@baby-jam.com no less than one hour before the start time to receive a refund or credit.

    For monthly members that need to cancel, please log-in from the home page and cancel on your scheduled class no less than one hour before the start time or email info@baby-jam.com if you do not have a log-in. We are holding space for you, so if you cannot make it, please cancel so others can book the spot.

  • Can I book a class last minute or just show up?
    Yes. You can book a class up until it starts, as long as there is space left.

  • Are classes running during bad weather?
    Baby Jam members will be alerted by 8am the morning of a class, should there be a cancellation. We will try our best to keep the class running and will coordinate with our retail partners and instructors to determine everyone's availability.

  • What holidays do not have Baby Jam classes?
    New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

  • When will my credit card be billed?
    At the time of your purchase. For those with monthly memberships, you will be billed on the day you make the first purchase and then every month on the same day you made that initial purchase. Your membership will be active immediately after your first purchase.

  • How can I pause my Baby Jam membership?
    Email customer service at info@baby-jam.com with a request to pause your service and the number of months you wish to pause. After that time period, your monthly membership will be active and billed again, unless you reach out and decide to pause or cancel.

  • How can I cancel my Baby Jam membership?
    Log-in to the Baby Jam membership portal and you can manage your account, including cancelling. Your membership has a 30-day terms so it will expire 30 days after your last payment. We love to hear feedback so please email info@baby-jam.com with any thoughts.

  • Are younger and older siblings welcome?
    Yes, siblings that are not registered for the class come come on a one-off basis but if they plan to attend regularly they must be registered with a membership. Please contact customer service, at info@baby-jam.com, for a discount code when registered more than one child in your household.
