Baby Jam promoted Balducci’s new Reston, Virginia store to 73,000 moms online in one week through digital efforts and entertained 90 people through a branded, Winter Wonderland family event through experiential.
Baby Jam helped Balducci’s increase customer occasions and drive customers to the register from December 1-7, 2018 with promotions, on December 8 with a live event and also through December 15 with a coupon as a customer incentive.
Baby Jam targeted 25-44 year old affluent, suburban parents by promoting and conducting a winter-themed sing-a-long to drive traffic in the store during the event.
Baby Jam reached 8,600 local, potential customers with just one Facebook event post announcing the sing-a-long, which was heavily branded with the “Balducci’s” name:
71.5% of the people reached were 25-44 women
928 of those people viewed the event page (9.3%) with Balducci’s branding
227 people responded with interest in attending, which displays the event and Balducci’s branding to their friends
Baby Jam targeted 73,000 local moms/parents across 9 key Facebook groups with posts, plus area mommy bloggers
